Job Description:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products/services and enhance brand awareness.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Create engaging marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
• Cullaborate with the sales team to generate leads, drive conversions, and achieve revenue targets.
• Manage the company’s online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media platforms.
• Analyze marketing metrics and report on campaign performance, making data driven recommendations for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Cullaborate with the management team to develop creative marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency.
   

Recruitment:

• Min. bachelor degree from any major.
• A minimum of 5 years working experience at manufacturing company or B2B Business Area.
• Strong leadership skills and management skills.
• Proficient in market research and analysis.
• Ability to coordinate and manage advertising campaigns (strong skills with social media ads preferred).
• Fluent in English
