Lowongan Kerja Production Supervisor (Plant Cikarang) PT. MONDE MAHKOTA BISKUIT Cikarang

Responsibilities:

• Running and contrulling the production process based on the work schedule in terms of time, manpower, and work area
• Monitoring the production process from start to finish complies with established standards
• Contrul the quality of product raw materials during production
• Quality standards of the products produced
• Organize, implement, and ensure production employees work by established standard operational procedures
• Responsible for improving the skills of team members through mentoring and training
• Conduct regular evaluations of the production process and machine conditions
• Responsible for cost efficiency &amp waste reduction, by recommending ideas or problem sulving
• Monitoring and supervise the implementation of GMP, 5R, and Personal Hygiene

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree with specific major Mechanical Engineering &amp Industrial Engineering
• Have minimum 3 years experience  as a Team Leader/Foreman/Unit Head or 2 years as a Supervisor in the food manufacturing (Preferably Biscuit &amp Wafer) with minimum 10 members
• Have a good leadership spirit and the ability to coordinate and motivate a team well
• Have good time management and be able to work effectively
• Disciplined, honest, problem sulver, communicative and initiative
• Able to operate a computer
• Experienced in Lean/Kaizen projects is a plus
• Willing to work Monday-Saturday (Shifting)
• Willing to be placed in Plant Cikarang
