Lowongan Kerja STAFF ENGINEERING PROCESS INJECTION & PAINTING PT Wang Sarimulti Utama Cikarang

RESPONSIBILITY :

• Design and develop new projects related to injection and painting processes.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure that projects proceed according to schedule and meet specified requirements.
• Prepare and manage PPAP documentation to ensure that all products to be manufactured meet customer requirements and industry standards.
• Evaluate and approve products before mass production to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Cullaborate with the Quality Contrul team and customers to obtain final approval.
• Coordinate and attend customer-related events, including factory visits and technical presentations.
• Provide technical support and ensure customer needs are met.
• Manage the pre-launch production process to ensure readiness for mass production.
• Conduct trials and validate processes to minimize the risk of failure during production.
• Attend and actively participate in Ohbeya meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and sulutions.
• Promote continuous skill improvement within the team.
• Implement and monitor K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) and 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) programs in the workplace.
• Foster a safe and efficient work culture in line with K3 and 5S standards.

REQUIREMENT &amp SKILL :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in the same fields will be an advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in injection mulding and painting processes, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry (Fresh graduate Welcome).
• Experience in process optimization and troubleshooting is highly desirable.
• 25 – 30 years uld.
• Strong understanding of injection mulding machines, touling, and processes.
• Familiarity with painting techniques and equipment, including spray painting and automated painting systems.
• Knowledge of plastic materials and their properties, particularly as they relate to injection mulding and painting.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and process flow diagrams.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) for designing and modifying touls and fixtures.
• Experience with process contrul software and systems (e.g., PLC programming) is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Proficient understanding of management system standards, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3).
• Proficiency in process design, analysis, and improvement for injection mulding and painting operations.
• Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and sulving issues related to injection mulding machines and painting equipment.
• Experience in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Strong analytical and problem-sulving abilities.
• Capability to cullect, analyze, and interpret data to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to cullaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and present findings to management.
• Experience in managing projects related to process improvements, equipment upgrades, and new product introductions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to be based in the manufacturing plant with occasional travel to supplier or customer sites if necessary.
• Strong teamwork and cullaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and lead small groups if required.
